NUCLEIC ACID INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process method of nucleic acid information capable of easy design and modification of a probe set which corresponds to DNA micro array and is easy to reuse.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid information processing apparatus is configured as follows. A memory part 130 stores information of a plurality of base sequences, an input processing part 111 accepts information identifying threshold of similarity, and a cluster control part 118 converts all of the base sequence data of target fragment which is subject to clustering accepted to specify by the input processing part 111 etc. into another form of data which can be handled by a BLAST software.
