The lighting device (100) of this invention is provided with a base (103) on which a light source (103a) is mounted, a heat dissipater (104) which cools the light source, a lighting circuit- board (106) which controls the light source, a housing (107) which accommodates the lighting circuit base, in which the heat dissipater is provided with a disk (104a) having an aperture provided near the center and which is mounted on the base, and has a plurality of cooling fins (104b), the housing being provided with a projection (105a) at the end of the base side, the projection of the housing being pressed into an aperture provided in the disk of the heat dissipater, securing the heat dissipater and housing. |
