<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a power train and an assembling auxiliary tool that facilitate the assembling of a power train to a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: The assembling method of a power train 6 has the following configuration. The power train 6 is arranged between side frames 4, 5. Lower brackets 11, 14 which are configured so that their upper surfaces are joined to lower surfaces of upper brackets 10, 13 mounted to upper parts of the side frames via rubber vibration insulators 9, 12 are mounted to the power train 6. The power train 6 is moved from the lower side to the upper side of a vehicle 1 in order to insert the bolts 15, 16 fixed to the lower brackets 11, 14 into through-holes of the upper brackets 10, 13 from the lower side of the vehicle 1. Guide rods 19, 20 extending in the vehicle vertical direction are mounted so as to be attachable to and detachable from the tips of the bolts 15, 16.
