<p>In the present invention, a source base station (eNB #1) relays a header-compressed packet which has been addressed to a wireless terminal (UE) to a target base station (eNB #2) at a time of a handover procedure for the wireless terminal (UE) from the source base station (eNB #1) to the target base station (eNB #2). The target base station (eNB #2), at the time of the handover procedure, upon receiving the relayed header-compressed packet, as well as a header-non-compressed packet which has been addressed to the wireless terminal (UE) from a core network (EPC), generates an ROHC context corresponding to the header compression level of the header-compressed packet using the header-compressed packet and the header-non-compressed packet.</p> |
