<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus for nondestructively inspecting the quality of a junction part of a metal structure joined by spot welding or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the inspection apparatus of spot welding, first and second probes are oppositely arranged through a welding part formed by superposing and spot-welding both metal materials and a welding state of the welding part is inspected. The first probe includes a rod-like first core material, a first application coil wound around the first core material and a first detection coil. The second probe includes a rod-like second core material, a second application coil wound around the second core material and a second detection coil. The inspection apparatus executes a first mode for detecting a magnetic field generated by the second application coil by the first detection coil, a second mode for detecting a magnetic field generated by the first application coil by the second detection coil, a third mode for detecting a magnetic field generated by the first application coil by the first detection coil, and a fourth mode for detecting a magnetic field generated by the second application coil by the second detection coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
