PURPOSE: A thermoelectric device using a bulk member of a nano structure, a thermoelectric module including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a thermoelectric index by forming a thin film with a nano thickness on a bulk type base material of a nano structure. CONSTITUTION: A second electrode(240) is formed on a second substrate(230). Thermoelectric devices(300,400) are formed on the second electrode. A diffusion preventing layer(250) is formed on the thermoelectric device. A first electrode(220) is formed on the diffusion preventing layer.
