<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approach notification device, an approach notification method and a program, which offer benefits to both a user and a service provider. <P>SOLUTION: A position information control device 300 stores positional information on a service provider and a user. A service provider device 200 transmits the positional information to the position information control device 300 according to the lapse of a predetermined time.
