MOISTURE-PERMEABLE AND WATER-PROOF FABRIC AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A vapor-permeable waterproof fabric and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve product quality by fusing a nanoweb with a fabric which was fused with a porous polyurethane film. CONSTITUTION: A vapor-permeable waterproof fabric(100) comprises a base material layer(101) and a nanoweb layer(150). The base material layer comprises a porous film layer(130) and a fabric base layer(110). The nanoweb layer is attached to the top of the porous film layer. The porous film layer of the base material layer is a polyurethane material which is produced by a wet or dry method. A manufacturing method of the vapor-permeable waterproof fabric comprises the following steps: preparing a fabric fused with the porous film; preparing a nanoweb produced by electrospinning; and fusing the nanoweb with the porous film.
