PURPOSE: A high speed video data transceiving method and a device thereof are provided to transmit video data outputted from an image sensor at a high speed by using a coaxial cable having a plurality of transmission channels. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(110) outputs an electric signal corresponding to a light amount for each pixel inputted through the lens of a camera by placing the MxN number of unit pixels sequentially to maximize light response characteristics. The image sensor serially or parallely can output the M number of video data for each line through one or more output taps. A cable transmission part(130) transmits video data through a plurality of transmission channels of a coaxial cable. A high speed image transmission device(120) outputs video data outputted from the image sensor at a speed corresponding to bandwidth speed of the transmission channel of the coaxial cable. The high speed image transmission device controls the output rate of the video data.
