The present invention relates to a device (1, 20) for manufacturing at least one preimpregnated preform (4, 24, 26) of a plurality of dry semi-finished products or dry fabrics impregnated with resin (3, 25, 27) said device (1, 20) comprising at least one first vacuum chamber (9, 28, 29), and a flexible vacuum foil (8) tightening said at least one first vacuum chamber (9, 28, 29), said at least one preform (4, 24, 26) being encompassed by said first vacuum chamber (9, 28, 29) and said vacuum foil (8). At least one second vacuum chamber (13, 21, 22) is provided and said vacuum foil (8) is separating said at least one first vacuum chamber (9, 28, 29) from said second vacuum chamber (13, 21, 22). Said at least one first vacuum chamber (9, 28, 29) is liquid tight. The present invention relates as well to a method for manufacturing at least one preimpregnated preform (4, 24, 26) with such a device (1, 20) and a product resulting from said method. |
