PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing crude drug extract is provided to enhance anti-inflammation and to suppress dandruff. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with anti-inflammatory and anti-dandruff effects. The cosmetic composition contains extract of Quercus dentata, Artemisia capillaries Thunb, red ginseng, Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq, and Foeniculum vulgare Mill as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared by purified water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, glycerol, propylene glycol or 1,3-butyelen glycol.
