PURPOSE: A portable terminal and control method thereof are provided to control the operation of content included in a screen of an external apparatus in a portable terminal by capturing a preview images through a camera. CONSTITUTION: A camera(121) captures a screen of an external apparatus. The screen of the external apparatus includes one or more content. A display unit(151) displays screen images captured by the camera of the external apparatus When one or more content is selected within the displayed screen image, a control unit(180) creates signals related to the selected content. The control unit transmits the created signal to the external apparatus through a wireless communication unit. |
