FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for stopping bleeding from veins of sacral plexus. Place of hemorrhage is sewn in caudal way on condition of capture of sacrum bone tissue. Free flap of biological tissue with dimensions 2-2.5ù3.03.5 cm is captured with one of thread ends with needle, pulled to place of bleeding, with digital occlusion being immediately substituted with flap occlusion. By means of the same thread soft tissues are finally sewn through bone sacrum tissue in caudal way.
