PURPOSE: An anti-bacterial and elastic mat is provided to improve a service life by forming a body using a material having excellent elastic restoring force and forming a restoring structure inside the body. CONSTITUTION: An anti-bacterial and elastic mat comprises a body(100), an indentation part(500), air columns(140), and a finishing part(160). The body is formed using a synthetic resin material and has charcoal pieces(120). A surface layer(300), formed by uniformly mixing silver nano powder with plastic resin powder, is coupled to the top end of the body. The indentation part is formed on the bottom surface of the body. The air columns are formed on the whole bottom surface of the bottom and are filled with air. The bottoms of the air columns are opened. The finishing part is attached on the bottom surfaces of the body and seals the air columns.
