<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve early abrasion performance of a shoulder part without deteriorating noise performance. <P>SOLUTION: A tread contour shape larger than 55% and smaller than 70% in the tire aspect ratio and in a 5% internal pressure state, is constituted of a single circular arc. A tread part is provided with circumferential main grooves including shoulder circumferential main grooves, and a plurality of shoulder lateral grooves arranged in a shoulder land part. The shoulder lateral groove extends at an angle α of 80-90° toward the inside in the tire axis direction from the outside in the tire axis direction of the tread grounding edge, and is disconnected in the shoulder land part at the inner end in the tire axis direction. A distance Ds in the tire axis direction between the inner end in the tire axis direction and the main groove in the shoulder circumferential direction is set in a range of 3.5-5.5 mm, and the shoulder lateral groove has the deepest part of becoming maximum in the groove depth, and is also set to 70-90% of the groove depth in the main groove in the shoulder circumferential direction in the groove depth of the deepest part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
