<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which is obtained by adhering a polyacrylonitrile resin film to a polyolefin resin film by the use of no adhesive agent, which prevents the leaking of foreign substances and residual solvent and the like and exhibits excellent oxygen-impermeability, chemical resistance, aroma retention property and heat sealability. <P>SOLUTION: A covalent bond is formed between atoms in a polyacrylonitrile resin film and atoms in a polyolefin resin film, in at least a portion of the polyacrylonitrile resin film and the polyolefin resin film.
