<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and automatically allow a user to recognize a natural stereoscopic image without images for a left eye and for a right eye being reversed even when a position of the user viewing is moved, in a display device for displaying a stereoscopic image for the user. <P>SOLUTION: The display device for displaying a stereoscopic image for a user comprises a display unit which outputs an image and a filter unit for dividing an image output from the display unit into an image for a left eye and an image for a right eye. The device also comprises: position detection means for detecting a relative positional relation between a user's eye, and the display unit and the filter unit; and position adjustment means for adjusting a positional relation between the display unit and the filter unit based on the positional relation detected by the position detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
