<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film laminate excellent in resistance to hydrogen reduction and also excellent in light confinement effect, a method for manufacturing the transparent conductive film laminate, and a thin film solar cell, and a method for manufacturing the thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film laminate has a three-layer laminated structure in which an indium oxide transparent conductive film (I) formed on a translucent substrate is used as a base, and a zinc oxide transparent conductive film (II) for protecting the indium oxide transparent conductive film and a zinc oxide transparent conductive film (III) having excellent concavo-convex properties are formed in sequence on the indium oxide transparent conductive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
