<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller capable of contributing to formation of a high-quality image hardly causing photographic fog at a substantial print density by increasing an amount of electric conveyance of a developer, and to provide a developing device and an image forming apparatus capable forming a high-quality image hardly causing the photographic fog at the substantial print density. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive roller 1A includes a conductive elastic layer 3 formed on the outer periphery of a shaft body 2, in which a developer conveying area 5 on the outer surface satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2), and a developing device and an image forming apparatus are formed by including the conductive roller 1A. (1) A loading length rate tp (20%) in the peripheral direction of the developer conveying area 5 is 0.5 to 4.9% and (2) a loading length rate tp (50%) in the peripheral direction of the developer conveying area 5 is 20 to 40%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
