<p>A hot blast heating bread machine comprises a shell(1.2), a baking chamber(1.4), a heating tube(1.5), a bread barrel(1.7), a controller(1.8) and an upper cover(1.9), wherein the baking chamber(1.4) is formed in a cavity formed in the shell(1.2); the bread barrel(1.7) is arranged in the baking chamber(1.4); the upper cover(1.9) is arranged on the top of the bread barrel(1.7); the controller (1.8)is electrically connected with the heating tube(1.5); a heating chamber(2.3) is formed outside the baking chamber(1.4); the heating tube(1.5) is arranged inside the heating chamber(2.3); a centrifugal drive fan(2.4) is located on one side of the heating tube (1.5)and fixed on an output shaft of a drive motor(2.6); the controller(1.8) is electrically connected with the drive motor(2.6); and the sidewall, connected with the heating chamber(2.3), of the baking chamber(1.4) is provided with heating chamber air inlets (2.1)and heating chamber air outlets(2.2) which are communicated with one another. The heating tube (1.5) in the baking chamber(1.4) of the bread maker cannot be seen by a user, so that the user is avoided to contact a heating body in the process of operating the bread barrel(1.7), the operational safety of the bread machine is improved and a better bread baking effect can be achieved.</p> |
