<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thick omelet type food product easy to eat, hygienic, and highly attractive as food, and to provide a thick omelet type food product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the thick omelet type food product F includes an egg mixing process (A) of melting and mixing yolk while crushing the yolk followed by mixing soy sauce and sugar, a baking process B of greasing oil, dropping the mixed egg liquid after a pan becomes warm, confirming that the liquid hardens instantly, putting part of the egg liquid followed by evenly spreading to evenly heat, and rolling when albumen starts to harden to be half-boiled, a process C of pouring the remaining egg liquid thereinto followed by pouring the egg liquid into under omelette, rolling when albumen becomes half-boiled, greasing oil followed by pouring the egg liquid thereinto again and pouring into a few times, and finally baking the product to a favorable baked color, a process D of cutting trimmed thick omelet so as to bring to a prescribed shape, and a process E of skewering a stick into the cut thick omelet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
