<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination angle detection device, method, program, and storage medium capable of calculating an inclination angle of a vehicle with a detection device attached thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention calculates an inclination angle θx (=sin<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>ä(theoretical lateral G at-actual lateral G ay)/gravitational acceleration g}) based on an actual lateral G acting in a direction of a Y axis of a vehicle 10 and a theoretical lateral G at (=vehicle velocity V*yaw angular velocity ω) calculated by a vehicle velocity V and a yaw angular velocity ω.
