As a bolt (18) of a linking means (16) constituting a cabinet linking member (10) is rotated in a direction about the bolt axis, a nut (20) also rotates, and the rotation of the nut (20) is stopped when the nut (20) contacts the rotation stopping part (52B) of the nut-engaging part (52) of the receiving member (14). If the bolt (18) is further rotated, the nut (20) moves in the axial direction of the bolt and contacts the axial abutment part (52A) of the nut-engaging part (52). Since the head part (18B) of the bolt (18) contacts a bolt-engaging part (50) of the body (12A) of a receiving member (12) via a washer (42), further rotation of the bolt (18) causes the receiving member (12) and the receiving member (14) to be pulled toward each other such that one cabinet (24) is connected to another cabinet (26).
