PURPOSE: A diary for effectively managing time, and a time managing method using thereof are provided to enable users to grasp the efficiency of their schedule. CONSTITUTION: A diary for effectively managing time includes the following: an activity ratio schematization unit displaying the activity ratio marked on an activity ratio marking table unit into graphs; the activity ratio marking table unit for marking the activity ratio calculated by using the estimated time and the actual process time for a specific process; fields including a basis life domain, a main business domain, a social activity domain and other domains; a domain material marking table unit for marking a weekly ratio per domains for the actual process time; and a progress displaying unit per domains. The activity ratio schematization unit can display the weekly change of the activity ratio. |
