A technique for the laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal allogernioplasty comprises the laparoscopic reconstruction of the inguinal-femoral area at risk of hernia with meshed implant followed by peritonization of the mesh with peritoneum applying the clips by herniostapler. For peritonization of the mesh with peritoneum, 3-4 transmuscular subcutaneous "puncture" sutures are provided with the aid of the special puncture-suturing needle. |
