PURPOSE: A veil net film for netting crops and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to pass through sunlight on parts for growing seedlings and secluding sunlight on parts for growing vine crops. CONSTITUTION: A veil net film for netting crops comprises the following: a veil net(10) formed in a lattice or a net shape for fixing tendrils; a base film(15) dually combined to the veil net from the lower side, and produced with a black material with the constant width; a first film unit(20) connected to one edge of the veil net and the base film; a second film unit(30) with plural seedling holes(33), connected to the other edge of the veil net and the base film; an attaching unit(11) attaching the veil net and the base film with the first and second film units; a seedling film with the seedling holes connected to the edge of the veil net; and a fixing film connected to the edge of the seedling film.
