PURPOSE: A nano lod light emitting device and a method manufacturing the same are provided to stably grow a nano lod in a high temperature by using a graphene mask layer. CONSTITUTION: A mask layer(15) with some patterns(17) is formed on a substrate(10). A nano lod(20) whose surface includes a light emitting layer(25) is protrudingly formed in response to the patterns. A semiconductor layer(30) is formed above the mask layer and nano lod.
