<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the shield layer of a shield wire and the drain wire into contact with each other more reliably. <P>SOLUTION: The shield wire includes a plurality of core wires 20, a shield layer 30 covering the outer periphery of the plurality of core wires, a drain wire 40 arranged to come into contact with the shield layer 30, and a drain wire holding part 50. The drain wire 40 is arranged along the outer periphery of the shield layer 30.
