<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal compressor casing capable of suppressing deformation and thermal deformation caused by a pressure difference of an inlet member without providing a special device. <P>SOLUTION: A seal member 20 is provided for hermetically sealing an inlet member 12 with a scroll member 17. A communication passage 15 for making a gas suction passage 13 communicate directly with an annular space 14 by penetrating the wall part is formed in the inlet member 12 at two or more portions positioned on the upstream side of a gas flow from a centrifugal impeller 5 and having a pressure difference. An entrance guide vane 22 to control a sucking capacity is provided to the gas suction passage 13, and the two or more portions having a pressure difference where the communication passage is provided are the portions before and after the entrance guide vane 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
