PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a workpiece from being distorted during laser processing.

SOLUTION: A laser processing apparatus processes the workpiece by irradiating the workpiece with laser. The laser processing apparatus includes: a laser-emitting unit for emitting the laser; a first holding member having a plurality of windows, wherein the first holding member is arranged on a surface to be irradiated with the laser, in a surface that the workpiece have, when the workpiece is irradiated with the laser beam; a second holding member having a plurality of windows; and a fixing member for fixing the position of the second holding member to the position of the first holding member to cause the second holding member to face the first holding member through the workpiece.
