The present invention relates to a laryngoscope, comprising: a main body to be held by a user; a blade inserted into the oral cavity of a patient to maintain a space for a free airway; a connection portion for interconnecting the main body and the blade; an endoscope guide detachably coupled to the blade; an endoscope inserted into the endoscope guide to capture images within the oral cavity of the patient; and a display device attached to the main body to output the image transmitted from the endoscope. According to the present invention, the endoscope guide is attached to a general laryngoscope to secure a view through the endoscope, thereby securing a free airway and performing intubation in an easier manner.
