<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which is capable of reducing the possibility that a vibrator will be visually recognized by a user, and to provide a mobile terminal provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device comprises: a touch panel 3; a light-shielding film 5 provided on the side closer to an upper surface 3a than a lower surface 3b of the touch panel 3; and a vibrator 4 for vibrating the touch panel 3.
