<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in amount of an explosive in a cutting apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting apparatus (10) includes a blade (30) having a cutting part (31) and a case (11) housing the blade (30). The pressure in the case (11) is increased by a high pressure gas generated through the reaction of a gas generating agent to advance the blade (30) in a predetermined advancement direction. This advance movement allows the cutting part (31) to cut a harness (12) which is positioned at the side that the blade advances and is used for flowing electricity. The cutting part (31) includes a first blade part (31a) provided at a distal end of the blade (30) in the advancement direction and a second blade part (31b) provided so as to form a step (33) with the first blade part (31a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
