PURPOSE: A low speed permanent magnet generator is provided to minimize starting torque by moving a permanent magnet of a rotor using a centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: An anti-vibration rubber is installed on the upper and lower sides of a groove formed in a rotor body. A permanent magnet is attached to one side of the anti-vibration rubber. A guide rod is installed on a cylindrical protrusion side of a top plate(29) of the body. A position control ball(55) is installed in a circular ball on the upper and lower sides of the rotor body. A position fixing protrusion(57) is installed on the upper side of a bottom plate(35) of the body and the lower side of the top plate of the body. A compression coil spring(31) is installed between the circular ball and the cylindrical protrusion unit.
