<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated aluminum material which is excellent in tracking resistance and voltage resistance after treated with hot water and is excellent in bending performance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the precoated aluminum material. <P>SOLUTION: The precoated aluminum material includes: an aluminum base material; a chemical conversion coating film formed at least on one surface of the aluminum base material; an under coating layer formed on a surface of the chemical conversion coating film; and a top coating layer formed on a surface of the under coating layer. The under coating layer includes a base resin comprising an epoxy resin and has a dry thickness of 3 to 8 μm. The top coating layer includes an insulating additive and a base resin in which a weight ratio of a polyfluorovinylidene resin/an acrylic resin is 50/50 to 85/15, and has a dry thickness of 35 to 60 μm and a surface energy of 50 mJ/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or below.
