<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body fixing structure for a vibration generator that can serve as a vibration controlling function while not increasing the number of component items and facilitating assembly. <P>SOLUTION: In the fixing structure, a PCU case 12 for generating high-frequency vibration is fixed to a vehicle body 1 via an attachment member 14, one end 24 of which is coupled with the PCU case 12 and the other end 28 of which is coupled with the vehicle body 1.
