<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who does not understand a condition required for image processing when aligning to appropriately register an image including an alignment mark to be used as a reference for aligning an FPD substrate or the like as a template mark. <P>SOLUTION: In a template mark registration apparatus used in a flat panel display assembling apparatus, a control section displays a graphical user interface for setting a registration frame 21 when an alignment mark 31 is registered as a template mark by operation of an operation section, on the screen of a monitor for displaying an image obtained by photographing the alignment mark 31, displays an operation guidance 24 when the registration frame 21 is set as the template mark on the window, and displays the operation guidance for instructing brightness of illumination emitted to the registration frame 21 on the window, on the screen of the monitor so that the luminance of the pixel having the maximum luminance out of pixels constituting the image included in the registration frame 21 is within a predetermined luminance value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
