<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion force generating device for generating floatation force of dead weight or more in a stationary object, without using a combustion system and air resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A revolving shaft and a rotating plate 1 are set in the one-on-one relationship on the same revolving surface, the plurality of rotating plates are uniformly arranged on a turntable 6 with the revolving shaft as the center, a load body is installed on the tip of one arm extending to the outside of the rotating plate, the plurality of load bodies are synchronously rotated, the turntable is also rotated, and thereby, the floatation force is generated by generating a relative centrifugal force difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
