<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing stably a high quality tire. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing includes: (1) a process to prepare a member by using a rubber composition in which induction time tc (10) obtained in accordance with JIS K 6300-2 is ≥2.0 min and ≤4.5 min; (2) a process to obtain a low cover by combining this member and other members: (3) a process to input the low cover to the mold; (4) a process to heat the low cover by filling the heating medium into a bladder positions inside of the low cover; (5) a process to pressurize the low cover by further filling the pressurizing medium to the bladder. The rising speed of the internal pressure of the bladder in the heating process is ≥0.1 MPa/min and ≤1.0 MPa/min.
