摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve linearity without any substrate effect of a transistor for source follower. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to PMOS transistors Tr3 and Tr4 for source follower, a source is connected to a back gate. A PMOS transistor Tr8 that is commonly connected to each pixel in the same column direction in a pixel part is a transistor for constant current which is connected to each source and each back gate of the PMOS transistors Tr3 and Tr4 for source follower within each pixel. Transistors Tr3, Tr5, Tr4, Tr6, Tr7 and Tr8 constitute a read-out part that alternately reads out a positive pixel value retained by retention volume C1 and a negative pixel value retained by retention volume C2 to a pixel electrode PE with a period shorter than a vertical scanning period. Threshold voltages Vth3 and Vth4 of the PMOS transistors Tr3 and Tr4 for source follower fall into a state of not varying by a signal level (gate voltage) (a state of no substrate effect) and become fixed voltages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
