<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive thin film that is composed of a metal thin film containing silver and has low specific resistance and high transmissivity. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive thin film is composed of a metal thin film containing silver with a thickness of 5 to 20 nm, has volume resistivity of 10<SP POS="POST">-4</SP>Ω cm or less, and has transmissivity of 70% or more for any of light with a wavelength of 300 nm, light with a wavelength of 500 nm, and light with a peak wavelength. The transmissivity of at least either of light with a wavelength of 700 nm and light with a wavelength of 800 nm is preferably 60% or more, and the transmissivity of the light with a peak wavelength is preferably 80% or more. The metal thin film preferably contains one or more metals selected from a group composed of copper, zinc, and indium, and the content of one or more metals selected from the group composed of copper, zinc, and indium is preferably 10 volume % or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
