<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microchannel device capable of surely preventing occurrence of a flight curve by a droplet when discharging the droplet from a discharge port, and to provide the microchannel device. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a microchannel device 1 constituted by a pair of long and tabular plate members 3a and 3b having third grooves 33 formed in joint surfaces 34 thereof and opened in a semicircular shape on tip surfaces 36, and formed by joining the plate member 3a and the plate member 3b. The method for manufacturing the microchannel device comprises: a first step of overlapping and joining the joint surfaces 34 of the plate members 3a and 3b, and forming a third channel 23 having a discharge port 26 of which the opening shape is circular when viewed from the tip sides of the third grooves 33; and a second step of grinding the tip surface 36 of the plate member 3a while supplying a liquid W to the third channel 23 and discharging the liquid W from the discharge port 26, and arranging the tip surfaces 36 of the plate members 3a and 3b to the same position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
