PURPOSE: A steel sheet coating apparatus for high glossy ultraviolet(UV) painting is provided to improve the functionality of the apparatus by installing an edge point control sensor at the inlet of a coater part and installing an adjusting cylinder at a film coiler. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet coating apparatus includes a steel sheet coiler(8), a film coiler(6), an UV paint supplying part(34), a coater part(38), an UN curing unit(104), a separating roller(106), a steel sheet uncoiler(108), and a film uncoiler(110). The coater part is installed at the outlet of the UV paint supplying part and overlaps a piece of film paper(4) on a steel sheet(2). The separating roller is installed at the outlet of the UV curing unit separates the film paper from the steel sheet. The coater part includes an upper roller, a lower roller(42), a support(46), a block, an elevating cylinder, an indicator, and a scale. The upper roller guides the film paper. The lower roller guides the steel sheet. The support is combined with both end parts of the shift of the lower roller and forms a guiding space at the upper part of the lower roller. The block combines the shaft of the upper roller and slidingly combines with the guiding space of the support. The elevating cylinder vertically combines a rod to the upper part of the block and is fixed to the upper part of the support. The indicator and the scale are respectively installed on the lateral upper parts of the block and the support. |
