PURPOSE: An air removal apparatus for removing air from mucilaginous food is provided to minimize the exposure of the mucilaginous food to external air during a supplying process. CONSTITUTION: An air removal apparatus for removing air from mucilaginous food comprises the following: a cylindrical distributor(103) rotatably installed around a rotary shaft inside a vacuum tank(101) extending to the longitudinal direction; plural distribution holes penetrating the outer circumference of the cylindrical distributor; and a drive motor(105) installed on the vacuum tank for rotating the cylindrical distributor. The cylindrical distributor discharges the mucilaginous food to the vacuum tank through the distribution holes by being rotated by the drive motor. The cylindrical distributor includes a base plate for fixing a drive shaft rotated by the drive motor, and a frame.
