PURPOSE: A cooling device for an LED lamp is provided to rapidly discharge heat through the phase change reaction of phase change materials. CONSTITUTION: A one-way thermal conduction cooling member(11) lowers a temperature by absorbing heat from an LED module(1) and conducts or discharges the absorbed heat in another direction. A heat radiation member(12) is formed on the thermal conduction/discharge surface of the one-way thermal conduction cooling member. The heat radiation member discharges the heat to a free space. A combination member(13) fixes the one-way thermal conduction cooling member to a substrate(P) of an LED module. |
