PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by forming a light emitting layer with three colors through two mask processes. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting layer(140R,140G,140B) is interposed between two electrodes(130,150). A first sub pixel, a second sub pixel, and a third sub pixel are formed as elements of a unit pixel. The first sub pixel, the second sub pixel, and the third sub pixel emit light with different colors in the light emitting layers. The light emitting layers of the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel are formed with the same pattern in the first sub pixel area and the second sub pixel area. The light emitting layer of the third sub pixel is formed with a pattern separated from the first sub pixel area and the second sub pixel area. |
