PURPOSE: A bone regeneration kit, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain effectiveness in an aggregate regeneration part for long time, thereby having excellent bone-regeneration ability, biocompatibility, flexability, and shape-keeping ability. CONSTITUTION: A bone regeneration kit comprises bone powder, gelatin, bone regenerator, and cage. The comprised amount of the bone powder is 40-90 weight%. The bone powder is selected from a group consisting of cortical bone, demineralized bone matrix, and mixtures thereof. The bone powder is crushed to size of 0.01-2 mm. The bone powder is originated from human. The comprised amount of the gelatin is 10-20 weight%. The bone generator is treated with radiation. The cage dips the bone generator. The gelatin is originated from human.
