PURPOSE: A method for preparing fish-derived fermented peptide and fish-derived fermented collagen peptides are provided to safely prepare fermented peptide without a risk of developing various animal immunogenic diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fish-derived fermented collagen peptides comprises a step of fermenting fishes with fungi, yeast, or lactic acid bacteria. The fish includes fish scales or skin. The fungi include Mucor sp., Rhizopus sp., Aspergillus sp., or Monascus sp. The method further comprises a step of treating fished with an alkaline solution; a step of decomposing a fermentation; a step of purifying the fermentation; and a step of drying and pulverizing the purified material. Food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical compositions contain the fish-derived fermented collagen peptides. |
