PURPOSE: A rear side protection sheet for a solar battery is provided to weather resistance, heat resistance, and dimensional stability by applying a polyvinylidene fluoride film having specific composition and surface roughness. CONSTITUTION: A polyvinylidene fluoride film is laminated at one side or both sides of a base material. The surface roughness of the polyvinylidene fluoride film is 0.3μm or less. The polyvinylidene fluoride film contains a polyvinylidene fluoride resin of 50 weight% to 90 weight%, a polymethylmetacrylate resin of 5 weight% to 25 weight%, a titanium dioxide of 5 weight% to 25 weight%. The polyvinylidene fluoride resin is vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and comonomer. The polymethylmetacrylate resin is the polymethylmetacrylate resin copolymer of methylmethacrylate and the comonomer.
