PURPOSE: A microporous laminated film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve shutdown and breaking properties by polyphenylene sulfide porous films to be laminated on both sides of polyolefin porous film. CONSTITUTION: A microporous laminated film comprises a polyolefin porous film and a polyphenylene sulfide porous film. The polyphenylene sulfide porous films are laminated on both sides of polyolefin porous film. A melting viscosity of the polyphenylene sulfide resin is 3,000-6,000 poise. The inorganic particles are contained in the polyphenylene sulfide films. The polyolefin porous film is a porous film which is selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyacrylate, PMMA and polymethylpentene. The total thickness of the film is 10-50 micro meters. |
